1st Quarter 2013

Teresa Gleason receives her award  from Dwight Coburn, CEO and Mason County Housing Director Wayne Bailey.

It is our pleasure to announce that Teresa Gleason, Team Member at the Mason County Shelter, has been selected as the Employee of the Quarter for January – March 2013.  According to her supervisor, shelter director Wayne Bailey, “Teresa is a team player with great enthusiasm. She is quick to cover a shift to allow a co-worker to take annual leave. She has great rapport with DHHR staff, local law enforcement and area service providers. Teresa often fixes a favorite meal for a shelter resident or an outreach client who does not have family. Teresa cares about the residents, staff and shelter program and her dedication is obvious to anyone who has known her for years or is meeting her for the first time. She is very proud of the shelter’s success and her role in the program.”  Congratulations, Teresa!
